Appointment
Appointments are required for spa and medical procedures, but walk-ins are welcome. We will do our best to accommodate you. To secure appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations
As a courtesy, we give you a reminder call the day before to confirm your appointment. If we do not speak directly to you, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment. As a courtesy to other clients and technicians, appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charge $50. For no-shows, you will be charge $100.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for all services. Please inquire from your therapist / Aesthetician.
Punctuality
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session. If you are late, your treatment time will need to be adjusted since the room and therapist is generally booked after your session. After a treatment, it's customary to vacate the room within five or ten minutes. However, you are free to spend additional time unwinding in the lobby.
Attire
Please come in casual attire - something you can easily slip off. During most treatments, you will wear a robe and only the treatment area will be exposed.
Children
Please consider others by leaving small children at home so that you and others may enjoy a peaceful session.
Cell Phones & Pagers
With respect for all other clients attending the spa, please turn off your cell phone or pager while in the spa. Using cell phones during session slows the technician and your service time will be adjusted in order to finish on time.
Returns
If you should have a reaction to a product or a product is unopened, you may return the product within 7 days and you will receive an in store credit towards your next purchase or service. All sales for services are final.
Payment
We accept cash, debit cards, cashier checks with valid identification, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. State sales tax will be charged where applicable.
We also provide financing through Care Credit and Capital One Healthcare Finance.
Gratuities
A gratuity of 15-20 percent is recommended on all spa services. We are not able to add the gratuity to the original sale of any services or packages; therefore, please make it a private and separate transaction. We do not allow tipping for medical services or visits with our medical practitioner.
Nudity Issues
It is never required that you are unclothed in front of anyone in our day spa. You will be left alone to change or to put on a robe. Our therapists are well trained in the "art of draping" which means that the area of the body they are working on is the only area exposed at that time. They also leave the treatment room before you get up from the treatment.
Medical Conditions
If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it when you book appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you.
Personal Items
We are not responsible for any personal items left in our spa.
