Can I begin treatment with my first appointment?

In some cases yes, however, it is best if you schedule an initial consultation where we have time to talk about your specific cosmetic and aging concerns and formulate an individualized treatment plan that works best for you! During this time we can test hidden areas of your skin to see how you will react, and if necessary start you on a treatment regimen to maximize results and prevent complications such as hypo or hyperpigmentary changes in your skin. This also applies to those interested in incorporating anti-aging treatments into their regimen.

How many treatments will I need to regain that healthy youthful look?

Again, every patient is different, and at the initial time of consultation we will formulate a treatment plan that works for you and your budget. We generally recommend packages in series of five treatments! This seems to give the best results for IPL, Laser Genesis, and Hair removal, as well as Chemical Peels and Microdermabrasion. However, you always have the choice to purchase one treatment at a time.

Can I bring my child?

Please consider others by leaving small children at home so that you and others may enjoy a peaceful session. Children over 7 (if obedient) may come if you have no other option and wait for you in the reception area for short duration services only.

Can I bring a friend to watch me have services?

We cannot permit anyone to observe or be in the room with a friend or spouse while they receive services by our technician. The exception to this policy is a parent with his/her child, age 15 and under.

How do I tip the service provider?

Gratuities are not expected by our Aestheticians, however, they are very much appreciated and at your discretion. When possible, please make it a private and separate transaction (cash or check). Envelopes are provided for your convenience. We accept cash, Debit Card, Cashier's check, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express as payment for spa transactions. No gratuity has been added to any services. The average gratuity is from 15-20% of the service total.
